History of Help Me Grow & Help Me Thrive
Derived from the evidence-based Help Me Grow National model, this system of care promotes collaboration across child-serving sectors (healthcare, childcare, home-visiting) in order to build a more efficient and effective system for the optimal healthy development of young children ages 0 to 6. Help Me Grow North Texas serves families with young children and helps to identify developmental concerns as early as possible to connect them with appropriate services and interventions. With the support of Help Me Grow National, Help Me Thrive was born!
